Joshua proposes to Marci. Although she says yes, this prompts her to question whether their relationship can withstand marriage. A night out with a friend complicates matters.

Marci has a conundrum that only Joshua can help her with, but problem is, it might potentially jeopardize their harmonious relationship...

After they patched things up, Dina invites Johnny over for dinner - specifically, Taco Tuesday. It doesn't go as smoothly as she wants.

Unfortunately, I'm still working on a cover image, as I am very bad with them.

When Joshua reveals why he kept his son a secret from Marci, it doesn't sit well with her.

Seeing as Johnny and Dina make frequent appearances in this legacy story...it's about time that I give them a little attention. They quickly became some of my favorite characters - and eventual couple. I'll do side stories like this with the spares as well.

Johnny Zest asks Dina Caliente out on a date. Can he win her heart?

Joshua Hay is a lonely single father who meets Marci Price. His life is forever changed.

Marci Price hoped moving to Oasis Springs would change her life for the better, but that might not be the case.

I think this was the very first "flashback edition" I did! And of course, it was from the perspective of the neighborhood lady killer.

Initially this post was primarily through Don's perspective alone, and ended right where the Calientes came over for a visit. I decided to expand and explore Marci, and what happened when she tried to befriend the Calientes.

Don Lothario wants to meet the new girl in town. Unfortunately, the new girl is Marci Price.

You're a cliché, useless in every way... )

I've been posting these stories on Pillowfort, so I may as well post them here.

The Price Legacy came about when I made an Evil/Foodie/Clumsy sim named Marci Price, and somehow she ended up with two husbands and a bunch of kids without any issues of jealousy. Initially I just thought it was funny, but I gradually fell in love with these sims. Essentially Marci and her two husbands are or were terrible, damaged people who manage to grow and find a home in each other.

These days, I don't necessarily identify her as an evil sim. Instead, she's self-assured, socially awkward, a foodie, clumsy, and romantic. Also, she has the player trait tbqh, she's a hoe.

In this reboot, I offer my interpretation on some of the characters in Oasis Springs and beyond. I take some liberties with characters such as Don Lothario and Dina Caliente, but for the most part I try and stick to their original characterizations/concepts as closely as possible.

I may or may not post the OG parts for generation one here. I'm currently in the process of fleshing out the story through flashback editions on Pillowfort, but I may just stick with episodic posts here for my own sanity.

Marci Price arrives in the neighborhood with a dark past and ready to embark on a new life. She wants to change her ways, make friends, find true love, and leave the world with a good reputation, but who's to say what the future has in store for her?

Marcy knows that she's takin' a chance... )

The easiest way to win over a girl? Let her find out you're into kissy novels! Or something. idk.

GIVING A SUMMARY ON THIS BEFORE WE BOTH FORGET IN THE NEAR FUTURE:
(a) Rossellyn travels out to Shadowmoon Valley or whatever it's called (it's 5AM and I'm not looking this shit up), and Warcul eventually follows her because he's concerned. Days later, she gets a broken leg and various other injuries, and Warcul ports her back to Shattrath City to find a healer. After her leg is healed and bandaged up (and Warcul paces like a fool and worries about her), they have a talk about her morality, which shakes her up a bit.
(b) Days later, her leg isn't quite healed yet but Rossellyn is already feeling antsy and snapping at Warcul while he's in the middle of reading something. Roz asks him to replace her bandages. While he's doing that, she chances a glance at his book, and discovers that it isn't quite what she was expecting. IT WAS A KISSY NOVEL. And somehow they talk about Roz's past relationships/romances, and she tells him (kinda sadly) that men only seemed to take an interest in her because of her beauty and strength, and nothing else. Warcul basically goes EFF THEM, THEY WERE MORONS, YOU'RE THAT AND MORE <3, and leaves her speechless.

Annnnnnd here's the rest.

Warcul was glad to see her smile. )

The lines we ended up scrapping/retconning. )

Apparently community imports aren't available for this place yet? Does that mean I have to upgrade the account in order to do this?

Oi. Whatever, I don't mind posting my things one entry at a time. It's annoying, but I'll live. It just would've been a lot more convenient to get it all done in one, final sweep.

So, hi! This is basically [community profile] pwnworks on Livejournal, except it's got a different name now. [profile] lookslikeageek and I are both owners of this little community of ours that totally doesn't have fic or anything. I doubt we'll open up this community to others, but I suppose I can put up some rules, just in case we ever adopt someone else into our territory.

1. Tagging would be great. Not only does it makes finding specific entries much easier, but it's necessary if you're posting anything that could trigger someone.

2. There's no restrictions on what can be posted. Just avoid whatever you would post in your personal journal.

3. Most of our fiction will be locked, but if you'd like to leave something public for others to read, that's cool, too.

Profile

I don't see any fic. Go away.
